This cocktail ring is made of 18 karat yellow gold & features a large Swiss blue Topaz gemstone on a prong setting with 22 baguette + Round-cut diamonds placed in unique settings on each side of it. The band is a size 6.25 and is resizable by any qualified jeweler. “18K” is lightly stamped onto the inner band.
