This Vintage cocktail ring is made of 14 karat yellow gold & has 14 Marquise-cut Sapphires and 17 Round-cut Diamonds placed into a large floral / waterfall-like setting, making for a truly unique and impressive accessory! The band is a size 6 but can be resized by any qualified jeweler. “14KY” is stamped onto the inside part of band, as well.
