This vintage anniversary ring is made of 14 karat yellow gold & features 12 round-cut diamonds in a halo setting with a marquise-cut Ruby set in the center. The band is a size 7.5, but may be resizable by any qualified jeweler. “14K” & a “C” maker’s mark are stamped lightly onto the inside part of the band.
