Vintage 10k Yellow Gold Oval-cut Swiss Blue Topaz Nugget / Floral Cocktail Ring
This vintage cocktail ring is made of 10 karat yellow gold & features a large oval-cut Swiss blue Topaz gemstone in an integrated prong setting placed in the center of a detailed nugget / floral design. The band is a size 6 but may be resized by any qualified jeweler. “10K” is stamped onto the inside part of the band.
