This vintage ring is made of 10 karat Yellow Gold and features a distinct hexagonal design with a similarly shaped lab-created ruby gemstone in a bezel setting on the front. Also contains 6 additional round-cut diamonds. The band is a size 9, but is resizable by any qualified jeweler. Made by Balfour, this ring is commemorative of the 50th anniversary of Ritz. Original Balfour box included. Logos, a maker’s mark and “10K” are stamped onto the band.
