This beautiful anniversary ring is made of 10 karat yellow gold & features 18 sapphires & 9 diamonds in a step-up Pyramid band design. The band is a size 7.25 but may be resized by any qualified jeweler. The ring is in overall great condition. “10K”, “414.34” (noting the 10 karat gold purity), & a maker’s mark are stamped onto the inside part of the ring.
