14k Yellow Gold Hands Marquise-cut Blue Topaz w/ Diamonds Pendant Necklace

This unique necklace is made of 14 karat yellow gold, is comprised of fancy serpentine-like links and features a marquise-cut blue topaz gemstone on a prong setting with two hands designed at its sides to appear as if they’re holding it. The hand’s forearms have 12 round-cut diamonds, as well; adding to the already attractive aesthetic. Held together by a lobster clasp with “14K” stamped onto sections of it.
