Once we have received your email with an in depth description and pictures of your handbag and/or luxury item, within a 24-48-hour period you will receive an email from us. The email will include a quote for selling and getting a loan. You can choose to either accept or decline our offer. If you have chosen to accept the offer bring the item in to our store at (3323 E. South St. Long Beach, CA 90805). IF THE ITEM IS NOT IN THE CONDITION described or is pictured incorrectly, you will receive a revised quote in person. You will have the option to either accept or decline the revised quote.
To prevent revised quotes, here are some tips:
Take pictures of the inside, handles, bottom, and bottom corners of the bag. Indicate any tears, stains, fading or anything that you feel might impact the life of the bag.
(out of state or mail-in bags):
Once we have received your email with an in depth description and pictures of your handbag and/or luxury item, within a 24-48-hour period you will receive an email from us. The email will include a quote and instructions on how to package and ship to A&V Pawn 3323 E. South St. Long Beach, CA 90805 (in most cases, we will email you a label). You can choose to either accept or decline our offer. If you have chosen to accept the offer and have mailed the luxury good to us; upon receiving the handbag and having confirmed the condition of the item we will PayPal you the money. IF THE ITEM IS NOT IN THE CONDITION described or is pictured incorrectly, we will send you a revised quote. You will have the option to either accept or decline the revised quote.
