This gorgeous heart ring is made of 10 karat white gold & contains 22 round-cut diamonds of various sizes placed in the unique heart setting and on the shoulders of the band. The Heart has a high setting with a filigree style that adds to the look. The band is a size 7 but may be resized by any qualified jeweler. “10K” and a maker’s mark are stamped onto the inside part of the band.
